Staycation Part two...
Having been invited to spend some time at the Spa at the Mandarin, I wanted to use the three days off that I had to actually spend time in London not rushing around.
So, just carrying essentials (no laptop, just a note pad and pen) , I packed everything in one bag and arrived in Paddington.
Anyone who knows me; knows that I travel with shoes and more shoes, watch the next few posts!
Ok, so I knew I had a few meetings post Mandarin on Tuesday and a fair few tube stops, so wanted to look put together without melting... oh, and meeting my super cool friend Mark meant no pressure on the fashion front (honest!)
So, I opted for the classics with a twist look. It meant a spa visit, a trip to the accountant's, a trip Wonderful Hair in Walthamstow, post work drinks in the Sanderson Long Bar with a friend and finally meeting the gorgeous Mark.
I love mixing high street with designer, so I wore a Topshop vest dress (doesn't crumple and cool cotton) , Givenchy sandals (mine were last year's I may add, but they are classics right?) Tag Monaco watch, my Mac and my trusty Day Birger and Mikkleson Bag from Love my apparel, teamed with a Dr Denim cropped jacket.
So, how did I do with one bag and three days? visit my shopping page to see what I packed www.stylust.co.uk/shopping
